Product Manager

role overview

We need a scrappy Product Manager to see constraints as a fun challenge to raise their creativity. This person has to be data-driven and know how to draw insights from data and numbers, want the product to be inspiring and will motivate themselves, team and everyone to meet their vision.

responsibilities

• creating product specs for our engineering team
• defining your product roadmap and coordinate sprints with the engineering team
• creating low fidelity wireframes  
• communication product/customer context and product requirements to engineers and adapt based on their feedback
• collaboration with designers on building the UI and UX for the product
• building relationships across multiple departments, and align the perspectives of our engineering, business, compliance, and operational teams
• learning about our client’s needs and business priorities
• prioritizing among the needs of our clients and communicate them to internal stakeholdersInform high-level company strategy based on product direction, feedback, and metrics

requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a product role (or product lead experience like co-founding a startup)
• hands-on experience with dapps and Ethereum protocols
• ability to align around product direction and features
• fluency in writing specs, creating wireframes, creating product roadmaps, planning engineering sprints
• proficient in analyzing data, SQL scripting, and making meaningful dashboardsCreative, collaborative self-starter that needs little oversight   
• strong customer empathy
