Head of projects

responsibilities

• managing and steering a team of project managers working across various business implementations
• leading strategically important business implementations of Trace Labs technologies with key Trace Labs business partners
• preparing and navigating project plans, including managing the development team appointed to the projects
• managing and working with customers and project partners (on-site if applicable)
• preparing development and upsell strategies for existing projects
• supporting business development activities
• scouting, preparing, and submitting proposals for open calls, tenders, and other funding opportunities put forward by governments globally and the European Union

requirements

• at least three years of work experience in project management, preferably in international environments
• excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
• excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English language

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
• understanding of the SCRUM methodology
• understanding of Decentralized Ledger Technologies (DLTs)
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study
