Global Community Manager

responsibilities

• growing and managing a team of community ambassadors around the globe
• establishing solid work/team processes, and measurable successes, and scaling the 1inch Network Community to new heights
• coordinating with 1inch ambassadors to moderate ongoing local events, promotions, and community activities
• regular check-ins with local community managers to assess evolving needs for communication, accountability, and outreach
• participation in creating community strategies, brand, and content
• exploring new ambassador-friendly platforms to facilitate 1inch Network’s global reach

requirements

• minimum of three years of community and project management experience
• minimum a year of experience in crypto
• eagerness and openness to building global communities surrounding an existing successful product
• excellent communication skills and social awareness
• the ability to connect with and lead local ambassadors of every personality type and nationality
• hands-on experience and a deep passion for the web3/crypto industry
• proven track record of establishing and managing ambassador programs
• ability to create and consistently deliver on growth targets
• multi-lingual is a plus!
