Over 2 million people stream the Bankless Podcast every month. We ship ~10 podcasts/videos a week, and we never miss. BanklessHQ is looking for an A/V wizard to supplement our fast-paced, fully remote workstream. Versatility and efficiency are a must. This is a remote position but looking for someone to cover EST and European timezones.

responsibilities

• recording, mixing, editing, and publishing of multi-track audio and video content 
• creating a content strategy for various social media
• capturing, editing, and optimizing both original and repurposed content
• hitting deadlines and making quick turnarounds for a publication

requirements

1/ A/V Chops.

• Proficiency in recording, mixing, editing, and publishing of multi-track audio and video content 

2/ Content Strategy

• Fluency in social media, cross-posting, and brand messaging
• Understanding and leveraging the YouTube algorithm
• Proficiency in capturing, editing, and optimizing both original and repurposed content
• An in-depth knowledge of SEO is a plus!

3/ Proficient in:

• a) Video Editing - Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve
• b) Motion Graphics - After Effects, Apple Motion
• c) Audio Editor / DAW - Logic Pro, Audacity, Pro Tools
• d) Streaming - OBS
• e) SaaS - Youtube, Zoom, Riverside, Zencastr, Google Suite, Asana, Notion, Discord

Ideal Candidate also has:

• A portfolio of existing video editing work
• Experience hitting deadlines and making quick turnarounds for a publication
• A working knowledge of the crypto-native media ecosystem
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to innovate and iterate
