As Community Manager/Sr. Social Media Specialist at Kronos Research you will engage with crypto communities around the world to build and strengthen the Kronos Research brands while gaining local insight into the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.

Your main goal also will be to establish and manage relationships with clients and partners that can add value to Kronos Research, effectively manage daily administrative tasks.

responsibilities

• Monitor and report competitors' marketing and sales activities
• Helping to run social media accounts
• Be Part of Our Community Team
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Helping to create proposals and presentations
• Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic, and rankings)
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
• Communicating with clients and maintaining good relations
• Assist with organizing promotional events 

requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in Digital Media Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields are plus
• Finance or Blockchain experience is preferred
• Excellent insight into crypto or financial markets is preferred
• Record of participation in different crypto social outlets, Discord channels, and Telegram groups are plus
• Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with crowdfunding campaigns
• Working knowledge with CRM programs are plus
• Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
