As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating all back end operation needs for the sales team and will partner closely with sales leadership to assist in the entire sales lifecycle, building the procedures and playbooks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have sales operation experience, a passion for driving business program impact through operational excellence and rigor, with a collaborative and positive attitude. Also, can hit the ground running, has outstanding project management skills, loves solving problems and is not afraid to launch, test, and iterate in an ever evolving environment. In this role, you will be initially reporting to the CEO & Head of Sales.

responsibilities

  • Help build out of the Sales Operations function at WorkDAO
  • Develop tech systems, dashboards, reports and other tools to manage and help the sales team operate at scale
  • Build out and drive accurate reporting and forecast of revenue, pipeline, and other sales metrics
  • Manage and assist with all aspects of HubSpot CRM including, data analysis, sales pipeline data entry, creating custom fields, facilitating inbound lead scheduling and training playbook ideations
  • Support the definition, refinement, and implementation of new sales processes, procedures, and policies to increase sales productivity and help build a high performing culture in the sales team
  • Facilitate content creation and collateral creation with sales and marketing teams
  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, service delivery and legal to design best practices and procedures for department communications during handoffs
  • Ensure consistent documentation in support of workflow, process, policies, and playbooks
  • Assist in lead generation efforts with sales leadership

requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at Web3, SaaS or other tech companies
  • Experience working in a high growth tech company
  • Have experience working with dashboards and operational metrics in a constantly evolving sales organization, whilst helping to define systems and processes to support growth
  • Excellent communication and data analytics skills
  • Sound business judgment, sales minded and experience in all phases of the B2B sales lifecycle
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Ability to appropriately define issues, questions, and solutions
  • High sense of ownership and a builder mindset
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Crypto native and/or a genuine interest in Web3 products and the ecosystem
