Senior Treasury Specialist / Trader

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Specialist / Trader to manage day-to-day crypto trading, ensure balance and reconciliation between US and UK wallets, and assist with the implementation of automated trading and transaction reporting system.

We are accepting applications from the UK, US and EEA only.

Responsibilities:

1/ What will be the goals of this person for 30/60/90 days?

• 30 days: Acquaint with the Treasury's policy and procedures, tools, and organisational structure, and meet with team members
• 60 days: Understand crypto <> fiat <> crypto flow
• 90 days: Manage daily crypto trading operations including coin transfers, reconciliation and post-trade settlement. Prepare reports

2/ How your work will look like:

• 50% operations (transfer of transactions)
• 30% reporting according to our policy
• 20% support in the development of the Treasury Department, ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Few years of relevant work experience in trading, business analytics, or strategy consulting
• Advanced technical understanding of how cryptocurrencies function and the processes
• Knowledge of crypto market structures
• Proficiency in Excel
• Own initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
• Programming skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently, a self-starter, but also a team player
