Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Enya, as a core contributor to Boba Network is looking for our first in-house brand builder. This person will articulate and spread the vision of Boba Network to users, developers, and the global crypto community. We are seeking someone to help our leadership team that will take our technology and community and create a strong brand identity that will define how people view Boba Network.

We’re a small team of mostly engineers that have achieved huge growth without a dedicated marketing function. This role will take the lead in building out the marketing function on the Boba Team, and take the Boba Network brand to a global scale that matches its technology.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, priorities, and action plans for the marketing function of Boba Network
• Partnering with management leads to create short and long term growth marketing strategy and marketing calendar to achieve the team’s growth KPIs. 
• Demonstrate ability to establish and execute marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams, external agencies and partners
• Craft a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with users, developers, and media
• You'll be responsible for writing high-quality, thoughtful, and engaging content for social media platforms
• Work with the Business Development team to execute comarketing with partner projects.
• Be a public-face for the Boba Brand that participates in conferences, AMAs and community activities.
• Be the primary point of contact with our PR firm, media outlets, influencer partners, and content producers

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in social media
• 2+ years in the crypto space on a marketing team
• 1+ years owning and building campaigns in conjunction with a marketing team
• Demonstrate ability to navigate various social platforms' native analytics capabilities and deliver informed strategies based on trends
