Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Aura Network is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the strategies of business growth and build up our presence in the Web3 and NFT space.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and work with cross-functional teams to explore commercial opportunities through partnerships with other web3 projects and products
• Develop new partnership strategies while enhancing the relationship with current partners to drive NFT and Web3 adoption
• Conduct customer analysis and effectively integrate internal and external resources to form a complete Sales solution
• Set up mutual goals and measure partnership success to strategize and negotiate with prospective partners
• Familiar with the project's technical parameters, able to promo to customer independently
• Organize training sessions for internal team to increase functional skills and knowledge
• Participate in international and local industry summit and explore sales leads
• Master international market trends, understand market conditions and have independent opinions

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, partnership and/or business development. Experience in the financial or IT industry is highly preferred
• A solid network and in-depth understanding of Blockchain/ Crypto/Web3 projects is required.
• Strong functional leadership track record
• Enjoy the entrepreneurial set-up with self initiative to keep broadening your borders
• Demonstrated experience building partnership and expanding business in high growth environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
