Own Payments Officer

responsibilities

• payments (invoices, salaries, remunerations, tools subscriptions, VATs) via fiat and crypto
• daily payment flow control, document flow control
• issuing invoices in 1C
• incoming invoices checks and approvals
• working with bank statements, reports
• preparing statements for the customers
• cooperation with Compliance, Marketing, HR, Business Development, and other departments
• preparation of monthly financial reports 
• participation in the month-end closure process
• issuing outgoing invoices (for merchants, WL)
• salaries control and monitoring
• approvals and payments for courses, techniques, etc. for staff
• keeping financial and corporate documents up to date

requirements

• English - B2-C1
• Excel skills
• 1C skills
• basic knowledge of crypto
• understanding of SEPA, SWIFT payments, card payments
• easily trained
• attention to details
• ability to teamwork, proactivity, and responsibility
• possibility to relocate, relocate options with company support (Georgia, Malta, Poland)
