The Digital Marketing Lead role is a role in the product promotion process and an opportunity to work in growing crypto&fintech industry and provide professional asset management values to the clients.

Requirements

Marketing Lead or CMO with a fresh hands on experience ready to execute campaigns yourself and coordinate freelancers and partners. 

• Strong track record launching, scaling and optimising social campaigns with particular focus on content marketing and ASO/SEO
• A balance of experience between Web and Mobile is preferred
• Experience with niche and local Ad Systems (Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads) beneficial
• Expert Google Analytics user, past experience with Amplitude beneficial
• Good instinct for identifying strong ad copy and visuals
• Expertise in b2c, preferable in fintech and crypto
• Excellent English and Russian communication skills

Nice to have:

• Personal experience with fintech, crypto, asset management products.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution product positioning and promotion strategy;
• App Store Optimisation (ASO) for the App Store and Google Play, ASO audit;
• Digital marketing campaigns execution: the key massages, content management, creatives, final launch at different channels;
• Content freelancers management - campaigns, presentations, layouts, emails, social networks videos, designs;
• Highlight audience segments, send mailings, create automatic mailings and push notifications in Sendgrid.
