Web3 Account Manager / Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Web3 Account Manager/Project Manager to join our team and help manage our growing client base utilizing Blockscout Explorer as a SaaS solution. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with our product team to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using Blockscout Explorer SaaS, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collect client requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and work with our product team to create tailored solutions. Understanding the technical development needs of the customer and suggesting how Blockscout can meet those needs
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate activities needed to implement projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively develop and implement mitigation plans
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing support, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring a high level of client retention
• Do outreach to blockchain networks to introduce Blockscout to them with the goal of having a partnership with them. Lead the deal-making process from start to finish e.g deal sourcing and deal negotiations
• Updating records of customer communications and contact information
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Web3 and blockchain space

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong oral and written English
• European (preferably), US, or Middle East timezones
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, project management, or a similar role in the technology or blockchain industry
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 concepts, and related platforms and tools
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain explorers
• Familiarity with SaaS deployment and management
• Professional certifications in project management
