Accountant (Estonia)

Responsibilities

• Statutory accounting & fiscal reporting (ensure full adherence to local requirements, to delivery in time the fiscal and statistic reporting, tax calculations and declaration as required by local legislation)
• Salary calculation & payroll execution (including withholding of personal income tax and social premiums) for 7 employees
• Fixed assets, provisions (Banks and so on) accounting in local accounting system (fulfilling all fiscal requirements)
• Fiscal consulting of Head Office, Lead Managers
• Invoicing (costs and services) and Contract/Agreements controlling (all documentation requirements due to local legislation)
• SFS (Summery Financial Statement), Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow and other statutory reports preparation with close cooperation with auditors
• Inter-company liabilities monitoring
• Assistance in supporting and passing the yearly audit
• Providing All necessary reports to Head Office
• Involved in managing of HR process if required (providing all relevant information to Authorities, to Lead Manager)
• To execute other tasks assigned by Lead Manager required by business needs

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent English (Upper-intermediate) and Russian (preferable).
• Experience in the role of Chief Accountant, experience with cryptocurrency or with bank's structures are more welcome
