Role Overview

Our Cryptocurrency Processing team is looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return.

During the probation period, the work schedule will be 5/2 from 07:00 to 16:00 (UTC Time Zone). After the probationary period - alternating 2/2 day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00 and night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 (UTC Time Zone).

Responsibilities

  • Manage all organizational and technical issues of the clients
  • Escalations to L2 support team and developers to resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to conduct voice calls as well as email business correspondence
  • Support technical integration and customer service processes
  • Collect and present structured client feedback for the L2 support team
  • Being ready to perform demonstrations of the product functionality and provide full information of its available features to the clients
  • Provide detailed commentary regarding any questions on API documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2 or higher) and Russian
  • Ability to get your message across and convince without pressure
  • Open-mindedness and openness to feedback
  • Focus on delivering results
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Organizational skills, reporting skills, and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience in IT/Gambling/Crypto business
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Planning, prioritizing, and management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Previous experience as a sales manager, account manager, senior customer service engineer, or analyst
  • Experience in utilizing CRM systems for day-to-day work cases
  • Proficiency in Spanish (B2 or higher) will be a plus
  • Knowledge of the crypto space and/or genuine interest in the subject

Would Be A Plus:

  • Experience with tools for working with logs (e.g. Kibana)
  • Experience in utilizing CRM systems (e.g. Bitrix24, Salesforce) for day-to-day work tasks
  • Experience with tools for API testing (e.g. Postman)
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
