Middle/Senior BA in Sales Team

Role Overview

The international CoinsPaid team consists of individuals from many countries and welcomes all nationalities to join!

We are looking for a Sales Manager Assistant responsible for supporting clients through the sales process of B2B company products: Payment Gateway, Сryptocurrency Business Wallet, Over-The-Counter Exchange (OTC Desk), Hot Wallets System (Custody), SaaS Solution. Knowledge of English is a must, Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and Analysis of the clients’ requirements
• Managing the Q&A process, facilitating presales discoveries
• Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and set the tasks to the Product Team
• Creating the presentations of the proposal content using various techniques with complete coverage of all the requirements and user journeys that effectively address client’s needs and concerns
• Assist Sales Managers in the process of presenting proposals to clients and conducting solutions demos
• Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
• Working closely with other members of the sales team to coordinate efforts and identify opportunities for growth in the market
• Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
• Encouraging clients to grow the traffic, use additional solutions etc
• Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users

Requirements

• Strong B2B experience in a similar position, preferably in the crypto industry
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, with a passion for goals achievement, excellence and teamwork
• Customer-oriented, responsible, result-driven and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas
• Solution-oriented analytical skills and the ability to recognise the demand on the side of the client
• Fluent English is a must. Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage
