Role Overview

Leading European cryptocurrency payment provider will hire a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer to take over Growth strategy of the company. This is the key role for both company business expansion and growing existing accounts. In this role you will be managing the entire Generating Demand branch of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Partnerships.

You will be a part of the C-suite, being an important stakeholder to the company's strategy. You will be responsible for new markets, business projects while providing a key input on existing business activities to Product and Operational branches. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative person to find solutions to complex business challenges.

Role Objectives

  • Partner with the senior executive team to create and execute company strategy
  • Ensure performance and alignment between the company's revenue generating departments
  • Locate and seize growth opportunities
  • Maximise reach by engaging new channels and partners
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary
  • Oversee and fine-tune pricing strategies to be competitive with profitability in mind

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CFO and CPO on pricing strategies, business models and product features for achieving revenue goals
  • Coordinate market research on opportunities and competitive landscape and act in a data-driven manner
  • Oversee all channel/partner development, locate new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners
  • Remain well-connected with customers to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles
  • Build strong relationships with key prospects
  • Leverage customer research to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning
  • Align processes that maximise the returns on marketing and PR investments
  • Measure, forecast and optimise new sales as well as current revenue portfolio
  • Locate, organise and participate in target industry events

Requirements

  • 10+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth, ideally in Fintech, SaaS or platform companies
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
  • Experience in managing a 50+ person commercial team
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to retain, develop and build a world-class team
  • Understanding of Online payments, Fintech and Blockchain space will be a big plus
