Technical Writer

Role Overview

Fuse Network seeks a knowledgeable Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. This role is essential in ensuring that both our B2B partners and B2C users can seamlessly adopt and utilize the innovations Fuse offers in the web3 payment space.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Development: Craft, revise, and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, integration guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Content Strategy: Organize and structure documentation in a manner that's intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Multimedia Creation: Design and develop visual aids, diagrams, and videos to complement and enhance written content.
• Feedback Loop: Act on feedback from users and internal teams to continuously improve documentation.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of product updates, changes, and launches to ensure documentation is always current.
• Webinars. Masterclasses, Training & Workshops: Occasionally lead or assist in workshops and training sessions, leveraging documentation to educate both internal teams and external partners/users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the fintech, blockchain, or tech sector
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and convey them in clear and concise language
• Familiarity with web3, blockchain, and related technologies is a plus
• Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and technical writing software such as MadCap Flare or Atlassian Confluence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
