Node.js Developer

Role overview

We are looking for a junior Node.js Developer to join our small and experienced team of veteran engineers in the blockchain space.

You must be comfortable with working in a fully-remote environment and are flexible in working with team members from different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated Internal Project Development: Utilize Node.js and lodash template language to develop and maintain a dedicated internal project. This will include writing efficient, reusable code and tests, and ensuring high performance and scalability.
• LLM Model Training: Participate in the training and development of Large Language Models. This includes preparing datasets, running training sessions, and optimizing model performance.
• Proof of Concept Prototypes: Quickly develop proof-of-concept prototypes to test new APIs or create small tools to assist teams. This involves both backend and potentially some frontend development to showcase the capabilities of new technologies or solutions.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with other developers and team members across departments to support the integration of your work into larger projects. Provide insights and recommendations on improving processes and tools.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.js and experience with lodash
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with LLM training or a strong desire to learn
• Ability to develop quick prototypes and proofs of concept in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for prototype development
• Knowledge of API development and integration
• Fluent in both English and Russian is a must
