Superfluid is a revolutionary asset streaming protocol that brings subscriptions, salaries, vesting, and rewards to DAOs and crypto-native businesses worldwide. This is made possible by the protocol’s smart contract framework which introduces the Super Token - an extension to the ERC20 standard that enables digital value to be moved in entirely novel ways.

At Superfluid, we’re more than just co-workers — we’re hiking buddies, ping pong pals, and Super Smash Bros frenemies to name but a few. And although we work in different countries around the world, we bring out the best in each other whenever we get together IRL.

history & Achievements

Superfluid journey started in Summer 2019 when realised smart contracts could be used differently. Thanks to a community of over 1000 builders, engineers and designers, in 2020 the team was able to bring to life a protocol that codifies these agreements into blockchain software enabling capital to flow across the economy with no friction. 

In July 2021 Superfluid has raised a seed round with $9M, backed by Multicoin Capital, with participation from Semantic Ventures, DeFiance Capital, Delphi Digital, DeFi Alliance, Divergence Ventures, and others. Angel investors, including Balaji Srinivasan, Ryan Selkis of Messari, Stani Kulechov of Aave, also backed the round.

In January 2022 v2 of Superfluid Console has entered public beta. Built with newly released SDK-Redux, Console v2 brings a slew of new features for developers building on Superfluid.

Our company headquarters is in London (UK), many of us work from an office in Tallinn (Estonia), and we also have many remote members.
