Mission & Key Concepts

Rift is innovating at the frontier of crypto. Blockchains have given us new mechanisms to coordinate at a global scale, and Rift is building the infrastructure to support the experimentation and growth of these protocols. Our first product enables a novel form of protocol owned liquidity for DAOs, establishing a sustainable financial foundation on which they can build and grow. We are continuing to expand our services and liquidity coverage, already sourcing over $70 million for DAOs including Fantom, Aurora, and many others.

We are a mission driven company. We believe deeply that through software engineering we can build a self-sovereign society. In our day to day, we make decisions based upon our company values of Individual Autonomy, Long-Term Orientation and Open Access.

As we rapidly evolve into a digitally native species, it is essential to encode individual rights into the fabric of our societal infrastructure. Corporations and nation-states have played their hand; they have and will continue to sacrifice our freedoms for their benefit. We are builders, here to establish a society centered around the individual. We do this for the people of today, and for the countless generations to come.

Only recently have we created the tools necessary to establish internet-native organizations. Given the nascency of these technologies, these collectives lack fundamental services that are available to traditional corporations. We can accelerate the arrival of powerful internet-native organizations by building core services that abstract away complexity and provide sustainable foundations on which they can grow.
