<h3><strong>About The Event</strong></h3><p>Penn Blockchain Conference is the annual flagship event for Penn Blockchain - one of the most active student blockchain organizations. The conference will be in-person only, but recordings will be provided after the conference.</p><p>This year we are combing the Hackathon among student developers from top schools (Penn, MIT, Harvard, Berkeley, etc.) and the Penn Blockchain Conference, where we have all-star lineups of top VCs &amp; ecosystems to deep dive on topics such as:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Infra / L1 / Scaling / Data</li><li>ZK</li><li>Consumer / Gaming</li><li>Defi</li><li>Regulatory conversation (speakers from SEC and CFTC).</li></ul><p>Everyone is welcome - you do not have to be affiliated with the university to attend!
