Mission & Key Concepts
Supercharge your dApp with live a/v experiences
Huddle01 is building a decentralized network to facilitate open, borderless and secure audio/video communication between users. Our current suite of developer-friendly SDKs enable cross-chain audio/video communication for dApps to help them deliver live and interactive experiences to their users.
Our Mission & Vision
We aim to connect 100 million people over Huddle01 by 2026 so we can all access and benefit from decentralized communication.
In the deep-tech consumer space, Architecture and Technology are of paramount importance. Keeping that as the core, we’re building a dRTC (Decentralized real-time communication) engine that is:
- Open
- Scalable
- Decentralized
- End-to-End Encrypted
- Bottom-up Economy
The Huddle01 Approach:
- Platform. A sufficiently decentralized RTC Platform for communities and creators, powered by the Huddle01 dashboard.
- SDK. Plug-&-play API for builders to power audio/video communications in their product within few lines of code.
- Network (Coming Soon). An open dRTC (Decentralized Real-Time Communication) that can be leveraged by any RTC client or app.
History
Huddle01 was born out of a simple idea - to make communication more reliable, efficient and secure, and governed not by any centralized entities but the people. We started off as a project at the ETHGlobal Hackathon in 2019. And in 2 years, Huddle01 has scaled to launch its own Video Meeting dApp, Communication Infrastructure, and is building the 1st dRTC Network.
