We are looking for a highly motivated, open-minded, and experienced BizOps Manager to join our team.

responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional leaders on defining strategic initiatives to achieve growth ambition in prioritized focus areas
• Controlling OKR across various departments (full circle)
• Analyze, develop and execute business processes among the company
• Support efforts to roll out new practices or programs to help us to set and achieve our goals
• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior management
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Help teams implement changes effectively

requirements

• Experience as a Project, Product, Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT minimum 4 years
• Experienced data-driven problem-solver
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
• Strong presence and interpersonal skills to interact and influence teams, executives, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
• Advanced Russian
• Upper intermediate+ level of English
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Cryptocurrency enthusiast
• Work experience in big 4 firms
• MBA
