Scrum Master

Now we are looking for a Scrum Master, who will support our team on the way of scaling and product culture development.

responsibilities

• Conduct Scrum events for several teams (Retro, Demo, planning)
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Produce dashboards, roadmaps, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Help teams implement changes effectively

requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Scrum Master Certification
• Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with JIRA, Notion & other relevant tools
• Upper intermediate+ level of English
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
