Role Overview

We are looking for a business partner who can make complex things easy, with excellent leadership skills that motivate teams to succeed, and who is experienced in business development and community management and wants to develop their skills in both areas. This position is a unique opportunity to join a small and experienced team of veteran engineers in the blockchain space with established products used by the community.


  • Sincere love for DeFi and a strong understanding of blockchain technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong affinity for social media and memes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate efforts and operations between many stakeholders to build an outstanding social media community (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc)
  • Comfort in making decisions autonomously
  • Good understanding of technical crypto terminology is preferred
  • Ability to introduce and moderate best practices or frameworks for community development and growth
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, remote, and distributed team (EU time zone)


  • 3-5 years of experience working in partnerships, business development, or similar roles at a high-growth technology company;
  • Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts;
  • Experience partnering with technical teams, lawyers, and marketers;
  • Experience in and strong market knowledge of the blockchain & crypto industry preferred, especially local markets;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)


  • Researching companies that are interested in bringing crypto and web3 services into new products and features and choosing the best partners for our project
  • Developing and closing large, notable partner opportunities that will advance our mission
  • Providing a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights, and launching initiatives that impact the market
  • Working alongside other partnerships leads to develop a comprehensive set of partners needed for our project
  • Working closely with our recruiting team to strategically hire and lead new partnerships teammates
  • Providing timely reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Lead educational and community initiatives to increase the number of users using social networks such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.
  • Organize online and offline events or any other activities related to the positioning of the company
  • Create and implement growth strategies
