We are looking for a people-person with a proven track record in sales, impressive interpersonal skills, a knack for compelling storytelling, and practical domain expertise in Web3 and/or HR.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Demonstrate a track record of successful sales leadership, including managing teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Sales Processes & Automation: Showcase your expertise in developing and implementing effective sales processes, utilizing automation tools, and optimizing workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients, build relationships, and negotiate deals.
- Data-driven Approach: Display a data-driven mindset, utilizing analytics and metrics to inform strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and track performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive sales by developing and implementing effective strategies, from prospecting to deal closing.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that succinctly convey our unique value proposition and business benefits.
- Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, turning business relationships into growth opportunities.
- Product Collaborations: Work closely with our Product team to deliver on customer requirements, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop innovative and compelling product pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Industry Networking: Leverage your knowledge and connections in the Web3 ecosystem to increase our brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Account Management: Become a primary point of contact for our leads, clients, and partners, ensuring their needs are met, and relationships are nurtured.
- Measuring Success: Analyze relevant KPIs, evaluate the performance, and adjust the strategy with a data-driven approach.
- Sales Management: Operate CRM system and sales-related tools to manage customer relationships and drive sales. Your focus will be on optimizing sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- B2B Experience: You have a solid understanding of B2B operations and have successfully navigated the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
- Proven Startup Growth: You have successfully led the growth of a startup from 0-10 people to a scale of at least 100 individuals. And you have the eagerness and desire to replicate this accomplishment once more.
- Team building: You possess exceptional recruitment skills and have experience hiring and onboarding 30+ team members, demonstrating your ability to build high-performing teams and understand the needs of hiring managers.
- Web3 Background: You have a strong background and expertise in Web3
