Our 3-year goal is to go public (IPO).
P2P.org has successfully raised $23M in a Series A Funding Round. This funding will support services for direct holders and also launch a new infrastructure platform for intermediaries, such as those offering custody, wallets, and exchanges.

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our marketing team. The SMM will help increase our brand awareness within the cryptocurrency industry. They will play a crucial role in executing effective social media strategies that target both institutional clients and the blockchain projects we collaborate with.

You will 🚀
- Develop and implement Social Media Strategy:
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with P2P.org's overall marketing goals and target audience.
- Identify key social media platforms (such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, etc.) for engaging with institutional clients and blockchain communities.
- Work closely with the head of performance marketing to develop various paid marketing activities to help us achieve our growth goals for 2023.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage Social Media Channels:
- Maintain and optimise P2P.org's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, articles, and other content to maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive online community by moderating discussions and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Drive Brand Awareness:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance P2P.org's visibility and brand recognition within the crypto industry, targeting both institutions and blockchain projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Leverage social media analytics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate and Engage the Community:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, blockchain projects, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
- Actively engage with the crypto community by participating in relevant discussions, forums, and events.
- Develop and execute community-driven campaigns, contests, and initiatives to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, stories, and updates that resonate with the community. This content will be developed into written and video content for you to promote through social media channels with the help of your team.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on social media analytics and user feedback.
- Coordinate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries or concerns raised through social media channels.
You have 🤓
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, must have experience in the crypto industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimise social media performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English
