Director of Designs is a senior-level position responsible for leading and managing the design team, developing and implementing design strategies, and ensuring that the design team is producing high-quality work that meets the needs of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, including setting goals and priorities, providing feedback, and mentoring team members.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that design projects meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• Represent the design team to clients and stakeholders, communicating the team's work and ensuring that their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing design teams.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
