Regional Manager, APAC

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Mandarin-speaking Regional Manager based in APAC to join our team. As the Regional Manager, you must be a full-stack business expert who will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development, designing and executing marketing strategies in Mandarin-speaking regions from end to end, building and developing regional team, and be responsible for Mantle’s reputation in respective regions. 

Responsibilities

1/ Business Development: 

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with key players in the blockchain and decentralized technology space in the Mandarin-speaking regions
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive the adoption of Mantle Network and dApps within the target market
• Facilitate co-marketing efforts with Mandarin-speaking ecosystem projects building on Mantle Network

2/ Marketing:

• Understand the marketing psyche of Mandarin-speaking regions and propose comms efforts that will best grow the Mantle ecosystem
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and promote Mantle Network's value proposition including influencer marketing, media & communities engagements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other marketing materials that resonate with the target audience
• Grow Mantle CN social media accounts and community channels
• Responsible for Mantle products GTM in respective regions from planning, execution and iteration.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
• Analyze market data and user feedback to identify potential improvements or new features for Mantle Network, contributing to the overall product roadmap
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments within the blockchain and decentralized technology sector

3/ Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture a vibrant community of developers, enthusiasts, and blockchain stakeholders through various channels, including online forums, social media, and local meetups
• Act as a technical liaison between developers and the internal engineering team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration

4/ Regional Team Establishment and Development:

• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the team, promoting individual growth and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven track record and 8+ years of solid experiences in business development, sales, or marketing within the technology or blockchain industry, preferably in the Mandarin-speaking regions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized applications, along with a passion for fostering blockchain adoption
• Experience in organizing and hosting developer-focused events, hackathons, or workshops is highly desirable
• Technical background or familiarity with blockchain development is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences, meet partners, and engage with the community
