Set up and optimize intropia’s business operations. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable processes that drive operational efficiency and enhance our client and candidate experiences.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrate a track record of successful leadership, including managing teams and achieving target metrics.

- Process Development: Design, document, and implement end-to-end operational processes, including candidate sourcing, client engagement, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and propose and execute solutions to streamline operations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with recruitment and business development teams to align processes and ensure seamless handoffs between departments.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key operational performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and present insights to the leadership team.
- Scaling Strategy: Develop strategies for scaling our operations as the company grows, including planning for increased client volume and candidate outreach.
- Training and Development: Develop training materials and provide guidance to team members to ensure adherence to established processes and best practices.
- B2B Experience: You have a solid understanding of B2B operations and have successfully navigated this sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Proven Startup Growth: You have successfully led the growth of a startup from 0-10 people to a scale of at least 100 individuals. And you have the eagerness and desire to replicate this accomplishment once more.
- Team building: You possess exceptional recruitment skills and have experience hiring and onboarding 30+ team members, demonstrating your ability to build high-performing teams and understand the needs of hiring managers.
