<h3>The role overview</h3><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to join our innovative web3 team focused on building a revolutionary retail product. As the Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our product, leading a team of talented developers, and driving the successful implementation of our web3 retail solution.</p><h3>Location</h3><p>Singapore, SG, or the countries in the closest time zones (GMT+8 ideally)</p><h3><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide strong technical leadership to the development team, ensuring the use of best practices in web3 technologies, blockchain integration, and modern web development.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to design and architect innovative, stable, secure, and user-friendly retail software solutions.</li><li>Hands-on development of key components, reviewing code, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality code on time.</li><li>Oversee the integration of blockchain technology (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, etc.) into our product, exploring the potential of decentralized solutions for retail.</li><li>Contribute to the project’s technical roadmap.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest web3 and blockchain technologies, evaluating their relevance to our product, and making recommendations for adoption.</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar disciplines</li><li>Proven experience (min. 5+ years) as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer in web development, with a focus on web3, blockchain, or related technologies.</li><li>Strong expertise in web3 technologies such as Ethereum (Ethers, Web3), smart contract development (Solidity Hardhat), and IPFS</li><li>Familiarity with Linux operating systems</li><li>Previous experience in a startup environment, preferably in retail or blockchain-related projects.</li><li>Familiar with at least one modern TypeScript/JavaScript frontend framework such as React (Redux), Angular and Vue.js</li><li>Familiar with Python backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI (or similar)</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Interest in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets</li><li>Must be able to work independently</li><li>Experience working on consumer facing products is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of the latest web/mobile design trends is a plus</li></ul><h3>Compensation</h3><p>Up to 12000 SGD monthly</p><h3>About us</h3><p>At Native Labs, we believe in building decentralized finance platforms that prioritize user experience and making crypto more inclusive.
